In a 60 minute Zoom call, we will be:


  • Getting to know you and your business as it stands today and where you'd like to be in 12 months' time.


  • We will record your performance to date such as time management, activities, financials, tools, systems, client base, and social media accounts.

STEP 2

Creating Your Team

It's time to virtually meet your team with a 10 minute video interview:


  • Book a call to record your interview.


  • Watch all five videos of your proposed team.


  • Complete the feedback form.

Upon agreement of your team:


  • Complete Doddle form to agree dates for Business Growth sessions and Workshops.


  • Read your welcome letter: dates confirmed, service agreement, checklist, activity diary, invoice dates.

To finish the session, we will craft up to 3 Ultimate Goals for the next 12 months. Using the impactful SMART goal setting system, you will create Evolving Goals for the next 3 months to close the gap.


These goals will be placed into the strategy software to hold you accountable to your business success.
